1. Host & Hospitality The host, Mimi, was exceptionally warm and friendly. She was always helpful when needed and even recommended several places to visit around the village. Her kindness made us feel truly welcome and at home. 2. Location & Atmosphere The hanok is set in a quiet and peaceful area, which I loved. It’s close to a café, within walking distance to a temple, and the Hanok Museum rooftop offers a spectacular view of the entire village. The serene surroundings made the stay both relaxing and memorable. 3. Cultural Experience The next morning, the staff prepared a simple yet lovely breakfast for my family. Mimi went above and beyond by lending us traditional hanbok to wear and letting us try their traditional musical instruments. My children enjoyed it immensely, and we even had the chance to take family photos in hanbok with the house as a backdrop—an unforgettable experience.
