The early self check-in at 11 am. Unusual but great for hikers that start early and are tired by early afternoon. Room key came with a personalized welcome letter. The host, Karl, is a very nice guy! Good breakfast, too.

Excellent Breakfast including boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, oats/musli, coffee/tea, 3 types of fruit juice, cheese/meat slice, several freshly prepared hot breads and croissants and fruits. Rooms with balcony. Excellent hot water facility. Sofa to relax in the room. Guy at the reception was friendly.

It is a fantastic place. I will come back here again and stay for more days to cherish it even better.

The wellness center was excellent, with even a crushed ice fountain to put on after the sauna. The food was excellent and service perfect

We spent 6 days at this hotel for a ski trip, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The location couldn’t have been better — right next to a ski rental shop and just steps away from the ski lift. It was incredibly convenient and allowed us to get onto the slopes early every morning without any hassle. The food was another highlight of our stay. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and dinner was absolutely amazing every single day. It genuinely felt like dining in a proper restaurant rather than eating at a hotel. Most importantly, the service made our experience even more special. From the friendly and helpful receptionist to the staff member who took care of us each evening at dinner, everyone was warm, attentive, and professional. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a ski holiday!

The hosts were very courteous. They made sure we had a comfortable stay and helped us with some local tips. The hotel is located in walkable distance to important cable cars. Very good breakfast.

We stayed for a ski trip and everything in this hotel was amazing and exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, a few minutes walk from the Gondola; the room was so welcoming and big with a balcony overlooking the river, the breakfast was rich and full of fresh local ingredients, the hotel restaurant is one of the best in Mayrhofen and the staff was very helpful. On the last day, since we went to ski after check out, they let us use the showers before we left. We will definitely come back to stay here!

All is 10/10! The spa, swimming pool, massage, and food are absolutely perfect! There are plenty of shops near the hotel and lots of activities to enjoy. I definitely want to come back here every summer! A special thanks goes to the hotel STAFF – they fulfill every guest’s request with kindness and professionalism. They are polite, attentive, and, to be honest, the service here feels like 5+ stars!

The pool was cold but beautiful! The steam room and saunas. Food was delicious.

This was our second summer staying at this hotel, and once again, it was an excellent experience. The interior design, the hotel's location, the food, and especially the staff were all outstanding. We recommended the hotel to our friends, and they shared exactly the same positive experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel to families.
