• Garden trees needing pruning back, I have an SUV and unable to drive in without car getting scratched, so had to park outside gate.
• Outside of house covered in cobwebs, around lights, doors & windows and gutters had overhanging grass/branches.
• Cobwebs also inside on walls & ceilings
• Dead bugs & spiders on carpet in bedroom
• Mould smell in 2nd bedroom wardrobe
• No spare blankets, only 1 extra doona which was covered in stains
• 1 tea towel only
• Instructions for stove/cooktop wrong (ie. Buttons wrong side to instructions and NOT user friendly/self-explanatory)
• TV needs updating – could not receive Ch7 as that is now all HD and TV too old to receive that (spent over hr on chat GPT trying to get it to work through Apple box even – to no avail). Luckily, we brought our laptop so we could watch AFL grand final, as that was our reason for coming to stay for few days.
• WIFI reception very poor, TV glitching & stopping when trying to access Netflix etc.
• Only 3 bowls (all different sizes) to eat out of – need more.
• Lots of crockery left quite dusty & dirty.

Such a serene and lovely place, the hot springs reset you...
Such a serene and lovely place, the hot springs reset you for city life, it was worth every penny, the food is great around the place, surprisingly for a place 1.5 hours away from the city you would not expect for there to be late night eating areas or different cuisines or just so much to do. I want to go back right now

A quiet shopping centre, back from the main road meaning traffic and traffic noise are not problems - parking easy, and cafes and shops readily accessible. Good cafes offering value for money.
Blairgowrie beach is excellent for small children especially, it being shallow and generally calm.
Other very good places are easily accessible from Blairgowrie and these places have the main tourist facilities.

Blairgowrie is a lovely spot that we have enjoyed many times...
Blairgowrie is a lovely spot that we have enjoyed many times the Peninsula Hot springs is always a lovely and relaxing day.
Blairgowrie corner cafe is a great spot for lunch or a morning coffee
Blairgowrie Yacht club is another lovely spot for meals with great food and a lovely view with outdoor seated decking.
The front beach is lovely spot to sit and read a book or go for a dip.

All morning was chatting with the host as she wanted to...
All morning was chatting with the host as she wanted to greet us but only when we arrived, she told us outdoor jacuzzi is broken which was the main reason we booked this place. We decided to leave as the main feature wasn’t provided. Booking and the host refusing refund although they stuffed up this booking. Shocking and appalling behavior.

The house has a wow factor upon entering. It is light, bright and airy. Modern in decor and furnishings, it exudes warmth, comfort, safety and privacy.
The location is perfect between ocean and bay, and is a short car ride to Blairgowrie shops.
Communication with the owner is easy and prompt; no request seeming a problem.
My daughters and I had a very enjoyable stay at Blairgowrie Beach House and have no hesitation in giving it our highest recommendation.

Short walking distance to cafes and Blairgowrie beach and pier. Close to bus stop on Frankston to Portsea route. Small solar heated pool is all you need. We had a discounted rate so would likely stay again at that price, despite the negatives below.

Property was beautifully presented, clean and tidy. Its position on the boundary of Blairgowrie and Sorrento and close to beach was great.
The house is warm and cosy with the gas fire having no trouble heating the rooms.
