The location was on the far edge of America River but it was directly across from the water and had lovely views. The bathroom had just been updated and it had new flooring . Lovely and clean .

We loved our stay at Immerse and it was the perfect home base for our stay on KI. It’s a property that really lets you soak up the raw beauty of the location, yet offers a warm and cozy retreat—with every modern convenience you could want—when it’s time to settle in. Lying back in the outdoor tub, staring up at the Milky Way and listening to the power of the Southern Ocean is a memory we won’t soon forget. Be sure to ask about the food packages that are available to order. They were delicious, local and we really appreciated not having to start our trip with a supermarket run! Ness also offers an amazing private chef experience that made for a really memorable start to our stay. Thanks Ness and Tim, Immerse is a really special place and we hope to stay again some day.
