Very Clean. Private toilet for female. Kitchen facilities. Pet friendly ❤️. Close to hunter valley (very convenient if you going for the wine tours or hot air balloons). Very affordable!. I would stay there again! Don’t bring high expectations, this place is simple but clean and complete! You get what you need: a place to sleep that is convenient depending on your plans with free parking, and complementary tea and coffee ☺️🫶🏻. I’m not used to leaving reviews but this place deserves it.

The whole place was amazing. Incredibly relaxing. Sitting on the deck with a cup of tea listening to the river and the birds. Soaking in the spa with a glass of wine. Week definately start again.
