Kate was an exceptional host, maintaining constant communication to ensure we had everything we needed. She even met us upon arrival to hand over the keys, making the check-in process smooth and accommodating our schedule perfectly. Ferguson's Store was ideally situated for our lunch at Chauncy in Heathcote. The location was quiet, clean, and conveniently walkable to everything we required. The bed was comfortable, and the accommodation had all the amenities we needed. There was even a few extra touches we did not expect which made the stay even better. Staying in winter, we particularly appreciated the heating and electric blanket options, which made our stay incredibly cozy and comfortable. We look forward to returning on our next visit!
