The room and facilities were pretty normal — nothing fancy, but comfy enough. Still, I’m giving a full 10 because of one absolute standout moment. I dropped my wedding ring under the bed and couldn’t find it anywhere. When I asked for help, the staff jumped straight into action. They sent two people up, flipped the whole mattress, shifted the bed around, and spent a good half-hour helping me look. In the end, they found it, and I was honestly so relieved. Their kindness and effort went well beyond what I expected. That’s why they get a solid 10 from me — and why I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
