This luxury coastal retreat is surrounded by the coastal walking trails and pristine beaches of Bouddi National Park. The room was lovely beautifully decorated with everything we could need. Bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept in for sometime. We had a delicious dinner. Although the selection in each course was relatively short, what we had was very, very tasty. And the sourdough bread and handmade Hunter Valley butter very moreish. Staff were under the pump as the restaurant was a t capacity but the service was cheerful. We arrived half an hour early so as to have a drink in the bar.
Located in Booker Bay, within a 4-minute walk of Ettalong Beach and 600 yards of Booker Bay Marina, BookerBay Retreat! Great location, 5 minutes walk to beach and restaurants. NS coffee machine with plenty of capsules. Netflix available. Very clean and cozy, felt like home.
Ettalong Beach motel is located in Ettalong Beach, 1969 feet from Ettalong Beach Ferry Wharf. The 3-star motel has air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom and free WiFi. Lily the manager was so helpful, got us wine glasses & ice for our wine. Couldn't have been more welcoming.
We loved our stay at Killcare! The staff were very friendly and helpful and ensured our stay was a pleasant one. We enjoyed the National Park coastal walk and the spa was amazing. The restaurant served up locally sourced food wish was fresh and delicious. We would definitely stay at Killcare again!
This property is so lovely. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind. Great staff, great food, very comfortable accommodation. The fireplace made our room so cosy and romantic. The sound of the stream by our room made us feel worlds away. The self serve bar in the caravan near the pool was very unique and enjoyable, what a great idea! Will definately be back.
The coastal walk at Bouddhi National Park is a must ! Fat goose cafe at Hardy's Bay for a great coffee and pastries and cakes. Of course a stay at Bell's at Killcare for a rejuvenating and relaxing time.
Great detox from the city. Room was a great size with all amenities, good bathtub with salts, and comfortable bed / good & efficient cleaning service. Breakfast had great variety and catered to GF (gluten free) clientele. Dinner was great, try the mushroom soup! A must! Pool was dirty with ducks lounging around it, so wasn't most enticing. The reception was a bit hard to find, so a sign would have been nice (esp when driving late at night). A larger sign by the road would also have been favorable, as we got lost the 1st time. Would have been nice to have the papers and 'local news and activities' in the room every morning, to update guests on surroundings, weather, etc... Overall great stay, good wifi connectivity, friendly service, delicious food, and comfortable rooms. Recommended!
The accomodation was well laid out ensuring privacy, comfortable. Being picked up after our walk was a relief as the last hill was going to be too much! The food was so very good. The menu choice, variety at breakfast, quality of ingredients was tops. Loved the walk along the surf cliff/coast.
We loved: - the friendly and attentive service - the 5 star ambience - the delicious and healthy food - the willingness to cater for special diets - the coastal walk and the free bus service provided by the hotel for the return journey - the hotel's bush surrounds and multiple water features - the lakeside villa's privacy
