Lovely location. Everything you could possibly need was provided and the cottage was very clean and comfortable. The owners were on site and were very helpful. They were particularly concerned we might be have been disturbed by a couple of larger groups in 2 of the other cottages, but there was no problem at all. I highly recommend a stay at Avoca Cottages!

I stayed here with my partner and our one year old, and from the moment that we walked in, we instantly felt relaxed surrounded by the trees and the beautiful garden. The home is exactly as pictured. We spent 5 nights enjoying dinners on the deck watching the sun go down, and nights by the fire pit. The home is clean and well equipped, and a lovely break from the hustle and bustle. The hosts are fantastic, couldn’t recommend staying here more! We would love to come back ☺️. You do need to be prepared to drive if you want to head out for the day, but we were happy to base ourselves in Clunes with day trips to Daylesford, Ballarat and Castlemaine as we enjoyed the (much needed) quiet.
