Excellent location for the prize great bed excellent soundproofing which enabled a fantastic night sleep even though it’s situated off the Cumberland highway close to amenities such as restaurants and fast food joints

I liked the area where the hotel is.

I liked the area where the hotel is. So handy with everything. Just walked to the Westfield. Lucky that the hotel has its own car park, otherwise we hardly find a car park, that’s the thing I don’t like it.

We attended a Wake at Mercure and it was not finishing until...

We attended a Wake at Mercure and it was not finishing until 6pm, so decided it best to stay the night instead of getting caught up in traffic with a 2hour 20 minute drive home. We were very satisfied with our stay. Had dinner in the Atrium Restaurant which was quite enjoyable. We would stay there again. It was very convenient for us.

We spent the majority of our time at the Moorebank Hockey fields. Our accomodation was very close and easy to get to from the fields. Having the Crossroads Hotel across the road from the motel which has great family friendly meals is ideal.

Excellent Accommodation, clean room, friendly staff in all areas of the hotel (Front Desk Staff, Waitress' or Waiters, Staff explaining where to go throughout the hotel, restaurants etc. cleaning staff, everybody was very welcoming.

Liverpool is a melting pot of different cultures and people...

Liverpool is a melting pot of different cultures and people that can cater for diverse needs. It is not a typical Sydney tourist destination, but it does offer great food options, Indian, Lebanese and Turkish stores and also a Westfield. It has a train station that provides direct access to the city and is an ideal location for families attending sporting events on that side of the city.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The key they gave me when I checked in didn't work, so a lady was sent to help me. The beds were clean and comfortable. There were 5 in my family but this room could sleep 6 people. Close drive to shops and the Liverpool hospital, which is the reason for my stay. My son was in hospital. It's also conveniently situated on the Hume Highway. So it was easy for us to make our way back home when we checked out.

The building is new and modern, with efficient lifts. Our room was very large and comfortable. The staff was competent and attentive (they seemed a bit nervous, maybe they were new, or maybe the management could relax a little bit). The hotel seems well known by all the taxi drivers, so that was very convenient.

Loved how the hotel had a lot to do instead of going out to eat for a family we ended up having dinner downstairs kids were able to have a bit of fun at the pools that was also downstairs clean a very satisfying customer I’ll recommend there for families

The intention of this trip was to attend a function on George St Liverpool. We were amazed at how conveniently located Quest was. The room we chose was a studio, but it was huge with a kitchenette!. Loved it! Will definitely go back.
