Whilst only at the Mercure overnight, I received exceptional service. I arrived quite late in the evening after a long drive and the staff member at reception was quick to ask if I had eaten dinner and when I responded no, he let me know that I could order from the restaurant and that he would deliver my order to the room so I could get settled. The room was clean and perfect for my needs and I appreciated the small details that were on offer (toiletries, hair dryer, coffee making facilities etc).

Clean spacious and comfortable.

Amazing location. I have nothing but positive things to say about this accommodation. Dean, Will, and the rest of the team were all amazing. The rooms were super comfortable, and the bathroom and toilet were clean and beautifully renovated.

We love staying at Oscars. It's so comfortable and right in the heart of Ballarat. We also love eating in the restaurant, the food is amazing. The staff are exceptional and very helpful.

Wonderful! Like stepping back in time. Loved it, great value.

We where well located in the are ease access to shops and restarant and it was quiet.

We were in room 6 and it was huge with a king size bed and a single bed. The bathroom was also huge. The beds were very comfortable and everything was really clean. That was my second time staying at the Menzies Ballarat to visit family and I would definitely stay there again. Also it was a very quick check in. Walking distance to town. Perfect!

We absolutely love our stay here. Beautiful, modern and stylish hotel with spacious, spotless rooms. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious. Great location, excellent service and fantastic value for money. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back! ❤️

Convenient and Comfortable Stay ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My recent stay at Seymour’s on Lydiard was fantastic! The in-room spa was a nice touch, offering a relaxing option after a busy day, What truly stood out for me were the laundry facilities. Having access to clean, efficient machines made my trip so much easier, especially for an extended stay. The room itself was spacious, clean and welcoming. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any requests. This hotel is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience. I’d definitely stay here again!
