The room and the bed was pretty good and comfortable for the price

Newly renovated, stylish finishes

The hotel has a restaurant which provide decent food. And it's not noisy at night. During our stay, we had two dinners in the restaurant which is very convenient.

The room was comfortable and spacious and had excellent access to reception, the dining room and the car parking. The location in Charlestown was central to all the functions that we were attending. It was in a very quiet location and away from any road noise. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient.

This place has it all. Pool, buffet breakfast, great food, club/pub and more.

The staff and food were exceptional. Such gorgeous people! It was as though they were looking after their extended family! The food was absolutely delicious, too.

Like the kitchen facility and secured parking, the room had amenities that we were expecting and were really value for money. The premises were clean and tidy. We used the kitchen for one night and it has everything that is needed for basic cooking. The vending machine was helpful and my daughter used it for an easy snack.

3rd time staying at the Holiday Inn Newcastle. Good location, comfy beds, very quiet, a welcome breakfast, secure car parking and late checkout at 11am! Will definitely stay again.
