Location with excellent I really enjoyed the asthma sphere and being close to the supermarket and the coffee shops

Breakfast was good, all the staff were excellent. VERY helpful.

Not noisey and very nice staff.

Nice & helpful staff. Nice bistro with tasty food. Great location, nice cafes and organic stores within walking distance.

Newly renovated, stylish finishes

The hotel has a restaurant which provide decent food. And it's not noisy at night. During our stay, we had two dinners in the restaurant which is very convenient.

The room was comfortable and spacious and had excellent access to reception, the dining room and the car parking. The location in Charlestown was central to all the functions that we were attending. It was in a very quiet location and away from any road noise. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient.

This place has it all. Pool, buffet breakfast, great food, club/pub and more.

It was a very enjoyable stay ..nice and clean hotel

Beautiful room, excellent location, wonderful amenities, helpful staff!

Staff were amazing in helping me when I had a personal issue that stopped me attending. They looked after my partner extremely well.

Fresh clean comfortable great food and views!

I made this booking for my parents as a wedding anniversary gift. Left a note for the staff to look after them. They were super helpful, and even left a gift of a bottle of wine and a card for them to wish them congratulations. Very happy with the service they provided.

Everything . Great location close restaurant waterfront and tram .

The service and the location were amazing

Clean, fresh and updated. Gorgeous location backs up to beautiful green and lush bushland. E wetting you need in the room, great water pressure and make- up mirror in bathroom. Comfortable bed, lovely outdoor balcony off each room.

great service, good clean comfortable room

Great little place to stay either for long or short term. Room and facilities were neat and tidy. Staff were fantastic when we needed to contact them.

Such a cosy pub downstairs with great food and atmosphere. Check-in/out was easy. Comfy bed, with all the things we needed (fridge, kettle, tea & coffee). The shared bathrooms are huge, modern and clean. Parking available at the back, or easily on the street. This was a good base for us to see Newcastle and explore Port Stephens. Miss it already!

Staff were helpful and attentive.

The staff and food were exceptional. Such gorgeous people! It was as though they were looking after their extended family! The food was absolutely delicious, too.

Like the kitchen facility and secured parking, the room had amenities that we were expecting and were really value for money. The premises were clean and tidy. We used the kitchen for one night and it has everything that is needed for basic cooking. The vending machine was helpful and my daughter used it for an easy snack.

Great size rooms, comfy bed Location, close to transport.
