Room was clean and the environment was quiet, staffs were polite and super friendly, we stayed there a while and house keeping was great, location is convenient -› above a bistro, next to a super market, a Japanese restaurant and a kabeb shop cross the road …

I was there for a show and it was very convenient. Maybe you should think of doing package deals when people are coming to shows as the rooms are a bit pricey and if you were staying for the weekend, accommodation would cost more than the show.
Room lacked operating windows. There should be at least a drinking cup/glass, even disposable ones would be fine and a kettle as well. These are basic things. I was looking for bottle opener. Couldn't find one, then I used my teeth to open the bottle.

It was inexpensive, but ok if you are happy with a smaller space with six people. Three rooms and two people in each room in a granny flat.
But people seemed, happy, friendly and nice to talk to. It took a little while to work out how to use the lock, but then ok.
