The staff are so helpful and really welcoming I stay here quite a lot and they treat me like a VIP Beds are so comfortable and clean!!

Staff great, convenient location

The bistro was great, plenty of parking, nice room, good shower pressure.

Quiet and pleasant place. I was a bit worried about the bar on the ground floor, but the soundproofing was good and I didn’t hear any noise. The room was spacious and even had a sofa and a table for work or meals. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. The location is just two minutes from the train station on the airport line, which makes it perfect for travelers. It’s about 30 minutes to the city center. The staff were friendly and professional.

Regular with Nightcap group and first time here and was very happy to stay here and it was pleasant and comfortable. Rooms were neat and clean. TV were smart with you tube and other streaming channels and it was useful. Staffs were (Kat and others) friendly and helpful. Complimentary 2 drinks for double occupancy welcomed.

Good location. Spacious, nice view

Clean, convenient location, nice staffs

There's a good bar downstairs serving fresh beer, Upstairs is just great. Comfy and adequate for budget accom in Sydney. I'll be back.

I was very happy overall of my experience

Good value for money, seems newly renovated, exactly what I needed.

Super friendly staff, Andy the night manager and Betty the day manger were just lovely and very helpful. Mohammed the security guard was also very nice, and we had some nice chats :-)

Convenient location, close to public transport 15 min to cbd, clean rooms. amazing staff!

The staff went above and beyond to upgrade my uncles room to a room with a private bathroom, as he believed that I booked a room with a private bathroom but in fact I booked a room with a shared bathroom.
