I loved the beachy vibe. When we drive around the property is was cool to see the facilities they have for RVs. The room was clean and neat. Even though it is a bit dated but it wasn’t anything that bothered us. We had a comfortable stay and had everything we needed. Proximity to the beach and a solid location to see the sunrise was a plus. We arrived a day before our booking (my mistake with the booking) however the staff were so sweet and accommodated us even though we made a mistake.

Loved the comfy bed. A clean well set out cabin. Very nice. Great to have the beach so close. Loved our walk to the Pambula river mouth just up the beach from the park. It was a beautiful spot. Lots of beautiful birds & kangaroos in the park Wifi did not work

It's a family building experience.

It's a family building experience. Adults and children can a have a great time there and build up memories for years ahead. There is a lot of room to improve regarding the restaurant though. I was expecting to have a chance to enjoy a nice night with a dinner and a wine but the place closes far too early for adults, something las 1800hrs. And the food comes from the take away next door! Embarrasing... The cabin I was provided was great. Relaxing and saluting the morning kangaroos is a highlight.

If you like bicycle riding Pambula is a great place.

If you like bicycle riding Pambula is a great place. There are paths all around and connecting to nearby Merrimbula. Great too, is the Pamboola nature reserve for a stroll or longer walk and good place for a picnic. Jiguma nature reserve ia an other good place for a walk and gives you a good view on the Pambula beach

Pambula Beach and Pambula River mouth and the headland walk...

Pambula Beach and Pambula River mouth and the headland walk between, as well as Merimbula were great places to visit. You need a car to get around to shops and other sites, but it is easy to get around. There is good shopping in Merimbula and many places to eat. I suggest you book ahead for most places.

Great location for enjoying outdoor activities.

Great location for enjoying outdoor activities. The Panboola wetlands is a must visit. Great bike paths and walking trails at the wetlands, national Park and around the beach. The beaches were great for swimming, surfing and paddling.

Pambula is a nice quiet, almost rural town.

Pambula is a nice quiet, almost rural town. The main street is small but always busy with locals and tourists. Wild Rye's bakery had the most delicious fresh pies. And Wild Rye's roastery had some of the best coffee ive had in a very long time. I am glad Merimbula is very close as I would have got very bored very quickly otherwise. Pambula would suit some people, but for myself I prefer a little bit more to do.

This was our first time staying in Pambula and I must say what a lovely coastal town. The Idlewilde Motor Inn was conveniently located and in walking distance to Pambula's coffee shops, bakery and pub. The motor inn was clean and comfortable and the owners were very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay here when we visit again next year.

Perfect location! 30 m away from Pambula Beach. Swimming pool, cooking facilities, daily events (even on Christmas day) suitable for children, lots of wild life (roos mostly, but we also spotted a big Goanna :)) Absolutely perfect for families with kids
