My room was excellent, very clean and quiet, with plenty of room. Balcony had a great view of our lovely Aussie bushland, at least a mini version, with native birds going about their business. Restaurant was excellent as well, with very friendly staff and the food I ordered was excellent!

The staff were so friendly when we checked in. The room was clean, modern and stylish. The staff were lovely when we checked out after absolutely delicious breakfast. I can’t wait to stay again!

The room was comfortable and spacious and had excellent access to reception, the dining room and the car parking. The location in Charlestown was central to all the functions that we were attending. It was in a very quiet location and away from any road noise. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient.

Everything was perfect. The unit had all the amenities one may need to be comfortable away from home and more. Just across the street you have the lake and on a great side to watch the sunset. It was also conveniently located to do all the exploring in the area we wanted to do plus it was honestly such a great value. I’m glad we went with this place and the staff was very accommodating.
