Everything about it was amazing

Stayed for two weeks over two weekends. The location is towards the end of Hindley Street, but very walkable to the mall and Oval. You can reach it from the airport with the city bus or a taxi ($22) It is surrounded by restaurants and coffee shops etc in a busy area. A previous review had said the area was seedy, I walked home on a Friday nite at 11;30 and found it safe, though there was clearly a clubbing crowd out and about. I used an e scooter for alot of my time there. The room was spacious (11) and had everything I needed. There was very little noise. The only noise I had was from the internal stairwell door opening and closing as patrons came in on the Saturday nite. Otherwise very little noise. The room had everything I needed and I grabbed some stuff from the kitchen to eat from and etc. The washing machine worked well, though the dryer was not working. There is a laundromat very close by that I used the second week I was there. Water pressure was good and hot water plentiful The bed was big and comfortable, and the room had a cool little table, hanging rack, some fake plants and nice touches to give it a vibe. I added some fairy lights and I was set. Airconditioning and heating worked very well. Julie checked me in and was fabulously helpful throughout my stay. She never failed to answer a question or assist me.

The room was immaculate with attention to all details. The wet bar and bathroom were stocked with the appropriate amenities. The coolest thing was the blinds closing after we left and opening automatically when we came back into the room. We had a great view of the old church and the park which was very nice. The location was walkable to the mall and train station, which was also a plus. The view of the Oval from the restaurant and bar was great, too.

The staff was amazing the location was terrific

Nice sized rooms and we liked the layout Friendly staff Location great for access to CBD, shopping, restaurants, & the Oval Clean throughout

Very convenient location. Although the nighttime in neighborhood is quite noisy, the inside hotel is quiet and you can get to quieter district just some steps.

The staff were unbelievable especially the person in the restaurant and the Australian person looking after our car.

Beautiful historical building Amazing interior design Very clean

Location,spacious room and bathroom

A perfect setting and amazing views. Lovely area and plenty of room. Great to have a cafe downstairs. The bed was comfy. I loved the area and Adelaide and will book again.

Quiet, great location close to city, clean, beds are very comfortable, staff are wonderful and very helpful, have stayed here a few times before, will definitely stay again.

Very close to public transport. Close to city . Lots of eateries within walking distance. Room update which was great

Best bed ever and great location for the CBD and Oval.

Location and the room is spacious and comfortable. Love the heated lighting in the bathroom.. 😊

The location is excellent as the hotel is within walking distance of the Oval, the Art Gallery, the Museum, Rundle Mall, Hindley Street and the Adelaide Market to name a few.

From the moment I arrived I was treated like I was family. Everything was amazing and every staff member was so attentive and accommodating. Cleaning staff absolutely beautiful.

We had a very comfortable room with large bed. The bathroom was closed off and private and had everything we could have wanted eg excellent lighting, soft towels, hot shower. The bed was extremely comfortable, side lights, very dark at night with little or no street noise. Staff were very helpful and polite.

Exactly what you expect from an IHG hotel
