Yamba is a very pretty coastal town with a lot to do. We walked everywhere and stopped for lunch at some lovely cafes or you can grab takeaway and eat at the picnic tables in the park near the beaches

When i visited Yamba is was hammering down with rain which i guess is unusual. It made my short stay a bit bland as the beach was off and the town was very wet. However, i noticed two very busy restaurants, a nice little collection of shops and takeaways. a few drinking holes etc. Id say when the sun is shining it looks a 100% more appealing.
Im told the surfing is great but not my thing. wortha visit if youre a surfer or just travelling up the coast. lots of waterways, pelicand, wildlife.
Its just off the highway so easy access and when youre there you feel like youre in the middle of nowhere so that works!
Worth a trip for 2-4 days in my opinion.

Yamba is the most delightful place, I would live there if I could. Everything is so convenient. Restaurants are great, and I very rarely come home without a new pair of shoes - the shoe shop is excellent.

Yamba is lovely, beaches, fishing, golf, there is plenty to do . Be very careful where you stay , that is the key. The sands is great, be wary of the Cove, please note they are owned by the same organisation, I am just being honest.

I only stayed overnight on my way from QLD to VIC so didn't get to see much of the town. It seemed like a nice little seaside town though and would have loved to be able to stay longer to explore it.
We liked the Location and roomy size of our ground floor apartment, under ground parking with only a few steps to the lift and one floor to our door. There are plenty of restaurants and the pub within walking distance. It rained most of the week we were at Yamba, this gave us the opportunity to drive around and see the other towns , then go back to a spacious lounge, dining and balcony area…..we will be back ASAP

Pleasantly located in a quiet suburb close to Yamba. The house is delightfully roomy and furnished in a modern/classic way and has all the amenities one would like. There is a small garden at the rear of the house has a trampoline and a swing for the kids. A washing machine and dryer add to practical side if one plans for a longer stay.
Iconic location. Iconic hotel. A great place to stay and excellent value for money. I’ve been going to Yamba for almost 50 years and stayed here, at pub, for the first time as my place was not available. The stay exceeded my expectations and I’m
Glad to have finally stayed at the great Pacific Hotel
A wonderful location, right at the beach in Yamba. The rooms were small but had everything you needed, as did the bathrooms. It was very handy to have the pub almost across the road, they served a very good dinner. And there were cafes nearby as well.
