The quality of the rooms and the whole environment. Beautiful!

I am always travelling all over the world. I found this hotel really beautiful. The managers were really polite and fully dedicated to costumers. They fixed me many little problems with an unusual flexibility. Hard to find there days around. Thank you guys for your kindness.

The restaurant was superb!! Delicious, beautiful serving. We absolutely loved it! Thank you!!

A wonderful hotel that’s under new family management and has been very recently refurbished. All of the staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating, it’s an absolute delight to stay somewhere where it’s clear that the team really care about their guests.

Impeccable on all levels for our stay in this particular location is one of the very good for long-term stays and short stays. Right in the center of Maastricht 250 meters from the city hall and all points of interest. Second time we stay in this particular one and I will choose it again. Spyros

The staff was kind and helpful, the room was nicely renovated and the inner garden was an unexpected leisure.

All staff were relaxed, friendly and helpful. Decor was nice; distinctive and individual. Decoration and food in Cafe Louise was very good. On arrival, Tessa gave us two marvellous recommendations for dinner - La Bodego was a great place to raise our mood after a long journey.

Everything was perfect! Absolutely loved this hotel! A cozy vintage attic room, has a coffee machine as well, a lovely view to the city center. No elevator but so worth it for the view! Didn't have breakfast but it surely looked delicious. Bonus points for the self check in machine.

Zelo udobna, prostorna in topla soba. With a modern equioment in bathroom. Very very helpful and supportive owners! I came very late and despite the reception was closed the staff normally comunicate with me in late hours. The breakfast was beautiful served and delicious. Awesome!

Very friendly people are working there, lovely atmosphere at the hotel with an amazing soft music at the reception. The room has s very clean, has a lot of light and cozy

The atmosphere, the lovely decoration and attention to details was amazing. The friendliness of the staff and owner family made me feel like coming home.

The hotel is very beautiful and well decorated. The room was excellent, much better than we expected. It has free parking and the staff are very friendly.

The room is comfortable and spacious. It was conveniently located near the City Hall and the attractions and shops were within walking distance. Google map to figure out how to get to the hotel by bus from the train station. Clever use of QR code to enter the room.

Well located all in walking distance.

Super Staff, amazing vibe, wonderful place and the location is perfect!

Loved the breakfast, room, beds and the extraordinary service. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and felt sad to leave. The staff manages to “slow you down” from the moment you walk in, they recalled which room we stayed at and that we were hotel guests; it was exceptional. The hotel itself is something special and you feel blessed to be allowed to stay here. Would recommend staying here to anyone.

Great back story of the Scottish family.Fabulous warm welcome from Jean.It really is a boujii boutique hotel.Finished everywhere to an exceptionally high standard.High quality product and a Dyson hairdryer. The bed was sumptuous the shower awesome.A great selection in the mini bar.Breakfast was sensational all with local produce.Again our host was exceptionally tentative and knowledgeable.

Atmosphere was excellent. Very relaxing place. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and great value. Would highly recommend. And will look up Social Hub on our next city break for definite.

I stayed here for one night because I attended a nearby concert. The location was really good for that, and the centre is also close by. I was scared reading the reviews, but all was perfect. The room was super clean, there were coffee, towels and soap, all as expected. The receptionists were friendly. I don't know if I was lucky or the rest were unlucky, but my short stay was perfect.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. We visited during the King's Day celebrations and although it is very central, it is really quiet and peaceful. It is set back slightly from the road with attractive outside terraces at the front and the back. The decor is beautiful and very calming. We don't normally eat breakfast at a hotel, but couldn't resist the breakfast on offer at the Fitz Roy - delicious and beautifully presented. The hotel had a lovely "home from home" feel to it. It had great character and rustic charm. We also found it to be good value and staff very friendly.

Walking distance from the city center and parking nearby. Large rooms, well equiped (stylish), comfortable beds. Free coffee/water and a honesty bar downstairs Breakfast is served in the room. as Maastricht has tens of nice breakfast places, I would recommend not to take breakfast in the room. Tip: ask for a room in the back. The street is rather noisy if you want to sleep with the window open. If you don't than there's no issue as they are well insulated. Price/quality it's a top ^pick

Everything, the welcoming hosts, the flexibility, the willingness to go the extra mile, the cleanliness, room size etc
