Friendly welcome, clean and comfortable room, excellent food ,,, and the owner kindly put the Scotland rugby match on for us in the bar.

The accommodation is really nice and well located. The service was also great. Everything was to our satisfaction and we would be happy to come back. :)

Wonderful place to stay in Maastricht. Location is perfect – near centrum with all attractions and at the same time it is calm and quiet. The room was spacious and very comfortable, paintings gave very unique vibe to it. Hotel’s staff was very helpful and also check-in/check-out were very easy. Definitely i recommend 10/10

The people and the dinner were superb

Wow, amazing for many reasons. Very old part of town and old building - but totally updated and modern while keeping the old. Our room had a beam running through the ceiling and nice vaulted ceilings which was so nice. Windows on two sides with amazing views. Incredibly clean. Great TV. Bathroom was huge and so clean. Martin is so nice and helpful. Great communication with us coming in late.

The location is just amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful, which made the experience ever more satisfying. This is a place to stay to know Maastricht by foot.

My friends, my girlfriend and I came together for a holiday. When we were looking for the hotel, huge was our surprise when we realised that it was located in the most perfect place. Everything was near: Markt, the station, some bars, Vrijthof, etc. We then checked in and the room was perfectly clean and nice. The only shadow in the brightness was that the door to the bathroom was made of glass, meaning it was see-through. However, we loved our stay and we highly recommend it!

Beautiful location and very friendly staff

I stayed at Van Oys for one night on a business trip and was extremely impressed. The hotel combines beautiful design with a calm, upscale atmosphere. The room was very comfortable, the spa was excellent, and the overall level of service truly stood out. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional, making the stay effortless from start to finish. Even for a short stay, everything was perfectly taken care of. Highly recommended.

The room was very small, but it was not a problem as it was so well appointed. Everything we needed was there. The toiletries in the bathroom were excellent. The staff were extremely efficient, professional, and friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious.
