Good service, clean , friendly

clean and new bathroom always makes a traveler happy, this is a quiet place. The location is close to the main artery and easy to get in and out, very convenient to travel to. The room is bright and staff is 24/7 at the lobby which is also very bright with tall glass windows and people can easily find this place at night.

Great restaurant, comfortable room. Private parking.

Everything lovely friendly staff good breakfast comfortable clean rooms.

The staff members were so welcoming and helpful!

Nice hotel, excellent room, excellent parking, friendly staff, nice lady at breakfast (breakfast was tasty and wide choice).

My boyfriend and I arrived to the hotel before check in time. They offered to keep our luggage and put them in our room once the room would be ready. They sent me a text all information ( room number, wifi and more ). The room was spacious and clean. The bed was so comfortable. The staff was so polite ( he was a black guy sorry I didn’t get your name but you were amazing). Definitely come back

the personnel was super friendly a d helpful. the rooms are super nice, big, clean, and well equipped.

The room is spacious and comfortable for us for a 3-night stay. The location is outside city area therefore no traffic congestion.

I loved the location, just next to the bus stop, the services were amazing, everyone was so kind. The room was beautiful, clean and smelled amazing.

Very nice design, comfortable bad, delicious breakfast and super kind and helpful ladies on the reception desk. Fully recommend this hotel

Everything. The different types and temperatures of saunas, steambaths, jaccuzis, and the pools. The area is a bit remote, but we think that was a good thing. We knew it was a place without swimsuits, but we were not aware it was a bathrobe only restaurant as well (the same restaurant for breakfast). We didn't mind, but others might need a warning. Also, remember to bring slippers for the spa (they do sell some if you forget). Bathrobes and towels are provided. The window in the room opens, and the hotel even thought of putting mosquito net in front of it. And if you book an overnight with breakfast, you get 2 whole days of spa access ( both the day you arrive and the day you leave) . And remember to hydrate if you use the saunas🙂.

The stuff was helpful and so kind. The place are close to tram. The atomiom is so closed. The place is super clean. Good price.

Perfect location as a base for visiting the University Hospital Brussels in Jette and accessing city centre sights. Safe free car park on site.
