Everything. We got an upgrade and the facilities were amazing. Since we had a massage in the wellness center on the day of the check out at 12:00, the hotel allowed us to have a late check-out without additional payment. The breakfast was amazing.

We were there for a sports tournament and only stayed one night but were completely charmed by the hotel and the staff. Katrin welcomed us and made sure we had all we needed!

The hotel location is great. There is an easy access to the Thermal and it is centrally located. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and the breakfast was great.

We have stayed here more than once, and we like it. Excellent location right in the city centre and next to the funiculaire. It's comfortable and the breakfast is very good.

A wonderful, comfortable stay in a great location. The Cardinal is a lovely boutique hotel in a central location of Spa. The room was neat and tidy and the breakfast was plentiful. Staff were lovely. We would stay here again.

Overall a beautiful and excellent hotel . We enjoyed the Spa very much . Our room was in the old bulding so it was beautiful . Since it was facing the street and on the ground floor was a little noisy.

Lovely and delicious breakfast, friendly staff and perfect location. The Michelin restaurant attached to the hotel was also a great experience.
