It was one night stay while visiting the fortress in Belogradchik (thought Montana was a better and bigger town for my stay). The hotel is modern and spacious, the staff was kind and helpful with all my requests/questions. The breakfast is simple but enough and good. They also have parking space if you’re driving yourself and are conveniently located in the heart of the city - there is a supermarket walking distance, couple of options for restaurants, even money exchange nearby. Just don’t expect people to speak much English since it’s a much smaller town than Sofia.

The place is nice and clean. We had an amazing view toward the pool and the mountain. We enjoyed the SPA and the internal pools and Jacuzzi. The most of all is the treatment of the personal. I brought my 83 year old mom and they were amazing trying to make her feel comfortable. I would definitely visit again and recommend highly.

The hotel is a small but very cozy and well placed one. I enjoyed very much the cleanliness of the room and the mountain view from the window. The staff is very helpful and friendly and there is a nice restaurant where the guests can have very good Italian style dinner.
