The stay at the property was overall very pleasant and met expectations in almost all key aspects. The space was clean, functional, and comfortable, with a good layout and enough room, which is particularly important for longer stays. A very good location, really close to Bansko but out of town in a nice vacation complex - far from the smoke of the town. There was a small shop across the street, a SPA available in the hotel off the entrance and a ski wardrobe which was really handy for us. The place has everything necessary for a stay with kids, it is warm, spacey, there is a lot of light and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary to put together a meal if one does not feel like a restaurant. Parking is available, and near the entrance of the building. Hosts are really friendly. Would definitely visit again,

The apartment was great with all amenities. The host even left me a wee gift. Bed was comfy. Loved the bath. Loved the swing on the balcony. Not many people there but that suited us fine. The host could not do enough. I was allowed in 3hrs early and also had a late check out. Walked into Razlog, 4km away.
