Very friendly staff, Frank the front desk manager was very helpful and always greeted us when he saw us. Rachel the bartender was very friendly and funny, always going above and beyond. She always asked which game we wanted to watch on the TV. Definitely an asset to the bar/restaurant.The food in the restaurant was fantastic, drinks as well. They have an amazing prime rib special on Wednesday night. Overall experience was fantastic and would definitely stay there again. Close to downtown, gastown and cruise port. Washer and dryer available which was an asset for us.

The location was a bit further from downtown but the neighborhood is quiet and easy to find, which was a nice retreat from the hustle and bustle of Vancouver downtown. Kamran was very communicative and we liked the keyless entry. The place was clean. Kamran provided breakfast items and ingredients we could make like eggs and pancakes which enhanced our stay. We especially liked the simple touches like the instructions for how to turn on the shower, extra pillows in the closet, power strip next to the beds, shampoos/conditioners/dishwashing soap/etc. available, fans in each room, and spices/condiments in the cupboards that we could use. When we visit Vancouver again, we'd love to stay in this place again.

    Burnaby is about a 20 minute metro ride from Vancouver centre. It's easy to get the metro from here. Good shops and places to eat. We liked Central Park - it has a running track around the outisde of the park and lots of paths to walk. A great green space in the city. We ate at a place called Earls and it was excellent. Great food and service.

    So I like being in around a busy center.

    So I like being in around a busy center. What a great idea having a mall right there so everyone can enjoy themselves. Plus good Transportation all over the city. My family is wanting to make another trip there in the future. So you will be seeing us again soon as summer approaches mean summer holidays see you soon thanks for the great experience

    Not friendly people there.

    Not friendly people there. Everyone was in a rush and in a bad mood. Maybe because it was raining all day and the Superstore down the road had computer problems and people could not check out. It was a disaster. Also, the Costco parking near by was INSANE! I wasn't even going to that store but rather a neighbouring restaurant and this guy in his fancy Audi was trying to pass cars in the oncoming lane on the street leading to the Costco parking lot. He almost hit me as I was leaving a restaurant parking lot as the cars were stopped for me. He was such an A-HOLE, getting out of his car to yell in my face. NEVER again am I going to stay in BURN-baby, ha.

    Burnaby is a distance from Vancouver.

    Burnaby is a distance from Vancouver. I did not realize this when I booked. It seems to be a business area and I was a tourist. Services were spot on from dining options to taxi availability. Every time I called a taxi, it arrived almost immediately and I was cheerfully driven into Vancouver.

    An amazing neighborhood of Vancouver, you get the quietness...

    An amazing neighborhood of Vancouver, you get the quietness and the green landscapes without the heavy traffic of downtown. We had access to a number of restaurants mostly asian, and access to many places of interest including Metropolis mall on Kingsway. It was very nice to go around in Burnaby, its parks and attractions.

    With deep learn of train/bus systems and fine weather, the city offers better substitutes for those tall and costly tower hotels in downtown. Sky trains run every five min and ride chokers offered helpful transfer fully rides within 90 min.

    very good value for the money. Nice host. yes, there are some rules but they are all fair and for the benefit of everyone. very quiet and safe place. and no, it is not Hotel Hilton, if you want that go to Hilton and pay tenfold.
