Superb breakfast. Don is a very likeable host and instantly makes you welcome, as does his wife Renee. We enjoyed the use of the entire lower level of the house, complete with fireplace.

The basement suite was beautiful, clean, bright, and spacious. It was fully stocked with everything we could need—beddings, towels, kitchen equipment, and even thoughtful touches like fresh bread, cookies, eggs, and fruits. The backyard, swimming pool, and hot tub were absolutely gorgeous and made our stay so relaxing. Natasha and her husband were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and communicative. We truly enjoyed every moment and would love to return. Highly recommend!

The location was incredibly beautiful! Love it from the moment we entered. It was beautiful, warm, and we were instantly over the moon happy as soon as we opened the door. Spoke with the owner briefly on arrival. She left within minutes of our arrival and the rest was absolute magic! We hope to return again!!

It was unique and cute ! We like to cook so the kitchenette and appliances were great. The view of the river and the space surrounding was lovely even in rainy weather ! The hot tub was probably the best as we could relax and warm up!

    We visited during Thanksgiving Holiday. There were a lot of picturesque decor downtown, amid a backdrop of fall colors. However, the restaurants close too early which makes it a little difficult for tourists wanting a decent dinner.

    This was a nice little village with lots of still surviving...

    This was a nice little village with lots of still surviving stone buildings on main street. Although there were several restaurants closed or take-out only due to COVID-19, we found a nice little Italian place named Gente where we had a lovely meal with wine. There was a nice well-curated used bookstore we enjoyed on the main street. We enjoyed a walk along the river, and driving through the nearby countryside.

    The room was exceptional! Everything was very clean and the king size bed was extremely comfortable. The heated floor in the bathroom was wonderful and the fireplace added to the coziness of the room. I would definitely book again if we were in Fergus in the future; it truly is a little gem right in the centre of town. Trish was very helpful with our check in, as well. We had an enjoyable time here.

    It was very close to everything, especially the venue for the wedding we came to Canada for. The hosts were more than great, easy to text and fast to respond. Our original hotel neglected to tell us that they required a credit card so we were scrambling to find a place and this popped up. It was perfect.

    There actually are not any staff on site but we did speak to the person in charge by phone and she was great. The room is above a restaurant very close to downtown Fergus. Everything you need is close at hand. The room is well maintained and clean. Very nice washroom as well.
