Clean, modern decorated, attention to detail, good toiletries, good size towels, bed sheets of good quality. My wife and I are traveling by car and in the last 6 months we stayed in 90 different hotels. None had an Nespresso machine in the room like Velora. The lady at the front desk, Jass , did her best to make sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. Breakfast at the adjacent restaurant (belongs to the same owners) had a decent breakfast.

Hinton Alberta is a community of 9000 people at the foothills of the Canadian Rockies. Although small, there is a flourishing arts community there and friendliness typical of many small towns making the visit to Hinton something not to be missed by those heading west whether to Jasper or beyond

Clean +++, polite and responsible administrator, correct prices for this services { conditioner noisy, shared washrooms and showers ), but for seniors with low income it is good, in comparison with other hotel prices. I recommend the hotel for other people.

Hinton is beautiful and a great place to stay if you want something less expensive than Jasper. L and W and the A and W offer great food and service! The Hinton Lodge is the best hotel in Hinton but the rates are too high for all of the hotels in Hinton in the summer. If you want a great getaway in the fall this is a great place when the rates go down.

The hotel and room was quiet, clean and comfortable beds. For guests with EV and Plug in Hybrid vehicles there are no on-site plug in stations for overnight charging. The Hotel is close to restaurants and gas stations. I will stay there again when passing through Hinton.

Location for travel is stellar. Love the access to restaurants and the pet friendly Inn! Close to Mr.Mikes which is also pet friendly on the patio. Love comfort of the space. From the snacks and water bottles to the TV set up. The beds are great as is the bath and shower. We will stay every time we pass through the mountains. This was our second visit and we love it.

We didn't stay. Despite being warned that there was no availability in Hinton (true as we checked most other places) we still decided to cancel and get a refund, resulting in a 2.5 hour drive for 6 adults to a mediocre motel. I am hopeful that the refund will come through to my credit card, but it hasn't yet (36 hours later)
