One of the most amazing views that I had in a hotel kn my life(Had the window facing the Waterfall), good location, very clean, surrounded by nature. Would love to stay again

Fantastic central location - 5 minutes from the train station by foot. Great choice of local incredible restaurants, e.g. Baba Ghanouge. Quiet & spotless room. Bed comfortable and nice linen. Modern lift. Helpful staff. Breakfast available for additional cost. Modern reception /key collection - webcam and screen with secure key boxes, operated remotely. Luggage storage available. Would stay again.

I cannot emphasize how the place, stuff, atmosphere was amazing! I am an architect and the spa blew my mind. The atrium where we drank wine in the evening was magical and the room was 10/10 as well! The bonus was incredibly helpful and extremely nice stuff I would come back ANY day. Truly the best experience here, thank you so much!

Clean and modern, close to town, laundry, resteraunts, etc

I visited this hotel while on business, and decided to treat myself to a relaxing stay after many hours of driving. The reception was great, they explained how everything works and I received a bracelet to enter the thermal baths which were very easy to access from the hotel. Bathrobe and everything was in the room, even nice slippers, (not the paper ones you sometimes get), all in all very relaxing. The baths were lovely in the sunshine between the mountains, and during my stay at least, a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The room was very nice, with minibar and coffee machine, I had a balcony with a view to the park which was lovely. Bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was also at a very high standard. I had the buffet on both nights, and I must say that it was really good, the live chefs made meat dishes to order, the bread was crispy and fresh, the desserts bountiful.. lots of good cheeses...all in all a good value for Swiss standards. The Breakfast was good too, although the scrambled eggs were a little too fluid for my liking, maybe this is a cultural preference, (I did have a laugh about this with an American and German guest), but this does not take away any points in my view. The parks at the stream was very nice, I was able to access the rocky part at the end of the park. Not for swimming mind you, the stream is quite fast...! Nice veranda style terrace to relax too..
