It was clean and staff was very nice.

The apartment was wonderful! The location is perfect — right in the center of Bellagio and only a few minutes’ walk from the ferry, restaurants, and shops. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Having private parking was a huge advantage, especially in Bellagio. The hosts were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment!

It was very quiet and discreet, with a great breakfast and really polite staff that could speak different languages! The hotel has good security, strict access and an elevator. Having only a few rooms per level, it is quiet and discreet. It is located across the street from the lion sculpture. You have acces to supermakets and shopping areas in only a few meters and also to the main historical streets. It is located at 6 to 10 minutes walk from the bridges.

Experiencing staying at old prison was very interesting experience. We enjoyed our stay. I loved the location. Garden part was very nice. Mostly spend my time at garden.

Loved the location, right in the middle of the old town. It was a room for 1 with lots of character. Very comfortable and had everything you would need for a great stay!

Staff was nice. We can left our luggages at lobby after checkout. Elevator is available but a bit narrow. Not much far from Luzern train station

Staff Very friendly And beautifull view location

Great location and friendly staff. Traditional hotel with lots of history.

Beyond expectation customer service at front desk, housekeeping and concierge, the room was large and the staff were excellent.

The location was perfect, and the room was very spacious .The old charm added to the royal experience.

Perfect location, interesting antique interior, excellent breakfast, comfortable bed.

Service was excellent, Sebastian was a fabulous host and extremely helpful. The location was great, walking distance to Old Town and the main train station. The room was amazing, we loved our stay at this hotel. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Luzern, near to all the main spots. I thank the hotel reception for the warm welcome and advice. I recommend Hotel des Alpes.

Central location, very comfortable. Have all you need.

We loved all of the little special amenities they provided free of charge that made us feel so welcome: the slippers, the bedtime chocolate and the welcome cocktails.

We were well looked after by all the staff! The hotel is beautiful and has great charm. We had a room with a balcony which had a stunning view of the village and the church. The room was a great size and beds were extremely comfortable. All of the hotel was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast had great options. We were sad to leave this hotel and look forward to coming again.

Quiet location. Big park in front of the hotel which is good for morning or evening stroll. Spacious & clean room. Comfy bed. Modern bathroom. Plenty of parking spaces. Welcome fruits!

The staff were amazing. Great location . Close to the bus stop

The view, the staff, the experience

easy to check in, but read your instructions, before you arrive, park the car out side in the space drop off and check-in, over the road their is a car park use the phone in the lobby to call reception and they will log your car in, very easy. You need a disk in the window of the car to tell the car park wardens what time you parked the car and you need a disk in the window to tell the time, I used my disk from Northumberland which did the same thing, but ask the hotel when you check the car in about the disk.
