The quietness and very convenient .. park our car at the hotel and we took the free bus around lucerne.

Everything, family room with great spaces, location couldn't be better. The staff at reception super friendly, clean, I mean, 100% recommended and would go back there anytime.

Beautiful cozy hotel with amazing hosts. They made sure my family and I felt super welcomed all through out our stay. This place is 10 to 15 min from the main Luzerne city center - on a serene hill with great views.

The hotel is excellent - comfortable rooms, very friendly staff, very quiet surroundings, plenty of free parking space. About 25-30 min drive from/to centrum of Luzern. "Come as a guest, leave as a friend" is the motto of the hotel, and for a good reason.

The Hotel is located in the Littau district, a very quiet area 4,5 km from the city of Lucerne, which can be reached free of charge by bus or train using the pass issued by the Hotel (round trip). The structure is very clean, quiet, and well managed. The staff is very polite and helpful, and the breakfast is varied and always fresh. The Hotel Thorenberg is highly recommended. The room was bigger than normal. Quiet area. Train station about a 200 meters and bus stop 100m from hotel takes takes you to Luzern Central Station. There is also a Migros Supermarket, Macdonalds and a Subways close to the Hotel. Breakfast were good with wide variety. The instant flapjacks machine was a hit!

The place is very clean and tidy. The night was perfectly silent and I felt like home for my stay. The staff was very friendly and the check-in worked very smoothly. The bar vibe was nice for a drink after the nice day in the city.

Clean and cozy hotel with amazing views. Super friendly staff who offered us free drinks on multiple occasions and served great breakfast. Cozy spa, which was basically private, since no one else was there in the evening except us. Great view over the city from the room and balcony. Price was also very good considering the quality of the stay.

Great location, easy to get into Lucerne with the transport passes and plenty of good food places around. Beautiful scenery. Room was nice.

Comfortable calm hotel, close to the Luzern. The rooms were warm, clean. We liked the breakfast, simple, but various. We had fruits, cereals, vegetables, different ham and sausages, eggs and pastries.

Best hotel on our Swiss round trip! The view is incredible!! Restaurant is amazing! All employees are very friendly and the lady from reception helped us with finding the best way to Pilatus mountain! We will certainly come back during summer!

Excellent value for money. Even though the bathroom is shared and located in the hallway, it’s right nearby. Everything is very comfortable, beautiful, and convenient. The bedding was super fresh, and I slept wonderfully. The staff is friendly, and the location is absolutely perfect.
