we came a bit early in the hotel, so they stored our suitcases and we went in the town for a visit. So that's a plus and great service. Then a very nice woman received us with open arms and showed us to our room, witch they prepared early for us, it was only 11.00. the normal check in was 14.00. The breakfast was very yummy an large with al te food you can imagine. We traveled from Belgium to Italy and needed a stop in between. So if you need a hotel in Zwitserland for travel or pitstop, this is the one. A special thanks to Petra.

Everything was perfect, nothing too difficult in this hotel! Staff members were lovely, room was spacious, modern and well maintained, the turn down service was a bonus! Location was great, we felt spoilt for choice in terms of options around us! Great stay.

Clean and cozy hotel with amazing views. Super friendly staff who offered us free drinks on multiple occasions and served great breakfast. Cozy spa, which was basically private, since no one else was there in the evening except us. Great view over the city from the room and balcony. Price was also very good considering the quality of the stay.

The female hotel staff who welcomed us was friendly. The room is spacious and clean. Moreover, it has the access to the shared balcony with the view of the church/town. The location is perfect for traveling to Lucerne within a short time and direct connection. The distance to the Malters train station is just like 5 mins walk. The breakfast was awesome. Parking was right at the hotel. Super convenient. If you come by car, the mountain view of this town is also fantastic! Everything was perfect! :)

This is a really charming 4th generation family run hotel. From the moment I walked in the door I could tell that this was an extremely well run establishment. Smiling friendly staff who could not do enough. The rooms are comfortable. The homemade Bircher muesli is worth making a trip for itself. Thanks for a really nice stay

Very clean, very friendly, I had a short but great stay. I was on a last minute trip to Luzern, and enjoyed the night at Hotel Kreuz. Don't expect modern equipment, but expect a comfortable bed, a clean place in a good location, and very friendly staff. I can fully recommend this place.
