we came a bit early in the hotel, so they stored our suitcases and we went in the town for a visit. So that's a plus and great service. Then a very nice woman received us with open arms and showed us to our room, witch they prepared early for us, it was only 11.00. the normal check in was 14.00. The breakfast was very yummy an large with al te food you can imagine. We traveled from Belgium to Italy and needed a stop in between. So if you need a hotel in Zwitserland for travel or pitstop, this is the one. A special thanks to Petra.

Service was excellent, Sebastian was a fabulous host and extremely helpful. The location was great, walking distance to Old Town and the main train station. The room was amazing, we loved our stay at this hotel. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is about a 10-15 min walk from the train station but located in a nice and quiet neighbourhood. It is a self-service hotel, which sounded daunting at first but the instructions sent to us were very clear so it was straight forward to access our room and to check out when we left. Our room was accessible by a small lift and was fairly big, clean, isolated from street noise and fully equipped with a large TV screen. The windows let in a lot of light so the room was bright and cheering. The beds were comfortable and the shower was powerful with instant hot water. We would book this hotel again without hesitation.

This was our first stay here and we loved it. Were pleasantly surprised at the size of our room and bathroom! Very nice to have extra toilets outside of our room. The staff was friendly and helpful in locating a pharmacy. The surrounding area was lovely, a little pizzeria, a bakery, an old church. Very pleasantly surprised in this hotel. Would highly recommend this and would stay here again!

This is a really charming 4th generation family run hotel. From the moment I walked in the door I could tell that this was an extremely well run establishment. Smiling friendly staff who could not do enough. The rooms are comfortable. The homemade Bircher muesli is worth making a trip for itself. Thanks for a really nice stay

Lovely hotel near Lucerne, the manager and staff couldn't be more helpful and were very friendly and accommodating. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Dinner and breakfast was very nice and we were well looked after during our stay there.

Room was clean and comfortable. A unique thing I noticed that there were books to read kept outside the room. Hotel is only 5 minutes walk from the train station.
