Our suite was amazing (balcony with lake view, sitting area, bathroom with jacuzzi, steam bath and heated floor). Reserved table for dinners. Extremely attentive staff. Extensive breakfast options. Soup & Salad bar for lite lunch. Multiple dinner options.

Beautiful hotel hundreds of years old that served incredible food. The staff were all amazing but as many have said you often have to go down to the restaurant on the bottom floor below reception to find them. They have a washing machine and drier you can use for 4CHF each which was wonderful. There is a bus to East and another to West one minute from the hotel. They run every 30 minutes or you can walk in 15. Room was beautiful and I’m 6’5” and while the roof is low I was fine. Interlaken is a fantastic travel hub and has great services. I’d love to return some day.

This was a drop-dead gorgeous location and property. We stayed here the night of our mini elopement and it was an absolute dream. They also have a partnership with the hotel next door to have access to their spa facilities. This was a wonderful surprise upon arrival. We're sad to have only spend one night here, but it was everything we hoped for.

It couldn’t be more perfect. The hostess lady at reception was so lovely and friendly and even helped us carry luggages to the top floor. Convenient location near to Interlaken West station. The room was recently remodeled with a beautiful view from the balcony, good air conditioner, neat and bright bathroom, and even a full-featured microwave. Definitely recommend!

I like Everything about this property, the property is just full of surprises and history and Danny the man the Swiss version of Ryan Reynolds just made everything so interesting and was full of surprises, and his wife the boss makes sure Danny is doing his job correctly (just kidding , she is just a gentle soul that makes some kick ass paninis !. We had a full on bbq with a crazy good view it was just like heaven with good company , and they became dear friends that we will miss 100% they do have the slogan in German (I didn’t understand it until we were leaving. And he translated it , it says you come as guests and you leave as friends) these guys just made Interlakken better, oh yea I didn’t forget Heidi , their new 6 months puppy , she was such a good girl and funny Swiss mountain dog. Focus on the details in the property , there is a story behind each one , spend a day with them and ask for a bbq the next day , wood fire bbq and marsh mellows my wife my mum and our friends we had a blast with that view. The lake view room my mum was in , was breath taking ; the Mountain View one has a side view of the lake , all rooms with balcony . Oh yea the breakfast was something else , super good , if you like abit of spicy , ask for Dannie’s special scrambled eggs, these hosts were very generous and super nice and I can’t thank them enough.     The location, the hotel staff, the spa facilities, the wonderful spa treatments, the delicious food and excellent waiters and waitresses, the ease of transport by bus or boat (free bus ticket provided plus discounts on activities in the area)..... the list goes on and on. Most importantly we came home relaxed and rejuvenated from this lovely experience.

    We did fair amount of hiking in the mountains and it was fantastic to come back to Beatus, relax at the spa and have great meal and rest. View at the mountains and the lake was superb, we liked salt water and inside pool, swimming in the lake, food: breakfast, dinner any snacks, relaxing atmosphere. Pier for the lake boat was right by the hotel. Staff was always helpful and fantastic. Great service.

    Beautiful location with great views of the lake. The food was amazing. Sauna and swimming pool were of very high standards. The staff really make an effort to help you enjoy the place. The bar had amazing cocktails and we really enjoyed the walks and boat trip organised by the hotel.

    The beautiful location, all the staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. Idyllic views. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Spa and pool area was fantastic. One of the finest hotels we’ve ever stayed at.
