Great accommodation, great staff, great location and great breakfast.

Very friendly staff, great service. Personal and professional. Excellent location, right next to the train station but totally quiet. Very clean and with all amenities.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities needed for a pleasant stay. I was particularly impressed with the quality of the breakfast – a nice selection of fresh items to start the day. Despite its central location, the hotel was quiet at night, allowing for a restful sleep.

The location, the price and the dinner are the clear strengths here. The restaurant/bar area has a homely feel and it's great to experience the sense of community as the locals gather for an evening drink.

The view from the room was absolutely spectacular, of the entire valley below and the mountains surrounding it, like something from a movie! The room is cute, cozy and clean, with a renovated and spotless clean bathroom. The breakfast buffet was good, and the staff (owner?) very nice. Hotel is located next to the gondola station so really convenient to arrive! Belalp is a wonderful location for hiking or even easy walks, with breathtaking views! Perfect visit, and i would love to visit again!

Great room, wonderful restaurant and staff were helpful and friendly. Highly recommend. Easy walk from the train station. Comfy room, great shower and had shampoo, soap etc. Lovely meal downstairs, it’s a proper restaurant that people travel to, not just guests at the hotel.

Feels like it was rennovated recently. Not super hot even in summer. Comfortable bed. Quiet at night. Good food in the restaurant.

The Lodge is a perfect setting on the ski slopes of Belalp. Exactly what we were looking for. The Lodge itself if very comfortable and the cuisine is quite good. Will definitely return when skiing in Belalp.

My wife and I travelled here from Australia and we loved the friendly atmosphere. The hosts take great pride in the chalet and made us feel right at home. We had half board, and the food was delicious.

We went for hiking nearby, so we wanted a hotel that is comfortable but not fancy because we will only sleep there. The hotel was very clean, well maintained, and quiet, meeting all our need. Staffs are very friendly. Restaurant was great. Food are quite nice. They seem to specialize on cordon bleu because one third of the menu is dedicated to different variation of cordon bleu (made my partner very happy).

Everything, the hosts were exceptional, the food was amazing. Vegetarian great selection, even vegan, great choices, presentation. Beautiful room with all comforts, amazing views

Beautiful location. Charming town. Employees are absolutely wonderful, go out of their way for you. Breakfast was out of this world. Hotel is pin neat and seemed freshly renovated. Couldn't recommend this place more.

Everything was clean, comfortable, and very cozy. The location is absolutely perfect — right in the city center and only a 5-minute walk from the train station. There’s an amazing restaurant downstairs, plus plenty of local restaurants and coffee shops just steps away. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

It is very clean, breakfast included too which was so good. It is in the center, railway station is close and all employees are great and kind.

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Accessibility from station is excellent as the hotel is just few 100 meters away. Staffs were very friendly and flexible.

Amazing place. Everything was very clean and tidy including lobby and bar area. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. Taps,shower worked great. SmartTv and Internet also worked perfectly. Nicole the manager was very kind and accommodating. She also looked after our luggage past checkout time so we could use the day to explore. Bottom line, I would stay here again
