SwitzerlandIt s difficult to do better. The hotel is located on a perfect spot with a great view on the lake. It had just snowed so the landscape was idyllic. Everything is brand new and each element chosen with taste. The spa is perfect with a small pool, a big jacuzzi, a resting room, sauna, hamam and massages options. From there you have a spectacular view on the lake.
The restaurant experience was unreal. The quite young chef is Italian and acknowledged to be a future star. I had never eaten so well. Everything from mise en bouche to the desert was made
With such care and the association of elements was very original, all with local Valais products.
The room was perfect with very confortable beds and a big and beautiful bathroom. A place to go back to as soon as possible.

AustraliaFriendly, warm hosts who made us feel very welcome. They were very accommodating with our bicycles. The breakfast was superb and better than anything you would find in a 5 star hotel. Great location and comfortable room. The view of the Mont Blanc express from our window was very special. Would stay here again and for longer to explore the mountains nearby

IcelandI like everything about this hotel. The staff were super nice and the Bath area was amazing with big hot tubs up to 40° and swimming pool. We had the plate with bread, cheese and ham wich was very good. The arcitecture was modern and cozy

There is a well-known proverb “a friend in need is a friend indeed”
I came to the hotel with strong stomach pain, the crew and manager ask me all time how they can assist
Place me to sleep in private place instead of dormitories, to ease my stay.
I strongly recommend this place , they are family!

Friendly staff and hearty dinner/breakfast - both pasta/fondue were well liked by our party. One of very few options in Trient for those doing Tour du Mont Blanc. Lots of people used the gym equipment in the reception.
