The staff were great. Breakfast was not at all traditional for us so really fun to get to try some Chinese breakfast foods. All tasty and fresh. Bed was very comfortable. Shuttle service to airport efficient. We would highly recommend this hotel.

the Moonlo Hotel is close to the Pudong International Airport. it provides pre arranged free airport shuttles. we were most impressed by its elegant interior setting; private gardens; art decos; delicious free breakfast buffet with delicate 5 year old white tea; local dishes with fresh ingredients; several choices of hot noodles and its famous wontons; comfortable bed and bedding; traditional tea set in room; powerful water pressure for shower; clean bathroom; eco-friendly products including unbleached toilet paper!! its English speaking staff are very professional, helpful and attentive. its location is convenient and is within 3 minute walking distances to many restaurants. we will return. highly recommend.
