I liked the brilliant way the hotelier provides the guests with all the logistics information to see all the beauty in the park. As many as 13 steps on a map - bus connections and pass set up, cable tram connections, where to walk point A to point B. Timed to get you back to the home stay for a heathly evening meal. Arranged a car to take me to see to see the Zhangjiajie cave and then to the train stations. China never disappoints.

Traveling with two energetic kids? THIS IS YOUR SPOT! The mineral-water pools kept them happy for hours while we relaxed. Golf cart transfers to the national park saved our sanity (no waiting for buses!). Staff ​speak perfect English​ and amazed us - they printed kid-friendly trail maps and taught our boys how to say "hello monkey" in Chinese! Breakfast buffet had made-to-order omelets. Wish we'd booked longer - next time we’ll stay a week!

Good location, few minutes distance to the park. The hotel has a amazing host who will help you with everything you need for your stay. Delicious, good breakfast, clean room, attractive view. Many thanks to the host and English assistant Lily are very supportive. It was very nice to relax here.

The views from the hotel were amazing and peaceful! The staff went above and beyond with our needs and was very thoughtful. There are activities to participate and cute pets to play with. Super close to the national park (5mins away).
