Located in Taganga, a 7-minute walk from Taganga Beach, Casa Luna Hotel has accommodations with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a shared lounge and a garden. Freddy the owner was always available to answer any requests and nothing was too much trouble for him and his obliging staff. Spoke good English. Nice relaxing guest house with a nice view from the roof top patio, very relaxing laid back place
Located in Taganga, an 8-minute walk from Taganga Beach, Casa Relax - Adults Only provides accommodations with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a shared lounge and a garden. Everything!! The man in the reception was so nice and helpful. My husband planned a Valentine's Day surprise for me and he made it possible! The rooms were comfy, clean super nice and the view was AMAZING. Breakfast was great, if you let them know in advance they will accomodate vegan breakfast. We had breakfast at 7 am twice because we went diving and it was no problem! DONT STAY HERE IF YOU HAVE MOBILITY ISSUES OR ARE NOT ABLE TO WALK UPHILLS FOR A SHORT DISTANCE (the walk from town is 7-10 mins long and you gain vertically approx 100m.)

Featuring an outdoor swimming pool, a sundeck with views of the surroundings, and a spa, Hotel Bahia Taganga offers free WiFi and American breakfast in Taganga. Best hotel we stayed in during our round trip of Colombia. Beautiful and and peaceful surroundings and staff was very kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend this to anyone staying in the area
Only 656 feet from Taganga Beach, Taganga Dove Inn offers rooms with free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Breakfast is provided. Santa Marta Historic Quarter is 6.2 mi away. Oscar was absolutely lovely! From check-in to check-out he was always around to answer questions about the hotel and tours, serve breakfast, water, etc (even when we came in/out at ridiculous times for him to unlock the gate - thank you!!). The room was nice with a huge bed, shower outside if you need a rinse before coming in, and of course the air con was lovely. We were warned a few times by locals that the area wasn’t the safest, but we didn’t have any issues during the week. It’s a small town and essentially a 5-minute walk to anywhere so we were happy staying a little ways from the main beach/restaurants.

A nice place with nice people...but way too many people in January! It was a total party scene on the weekends with music blaring until 2 and 3 am. Good place to stay if you are looking for waterfront accommodations. Stick to the street food and traditional cafes off the main road. The tourist traps are not worth it.
Taganga is an up incoming destination. They are putting in the hard-surfaced road to replace the dirt which will make it a lot better. The weather is hot very hot there. We stayed in a very nice place but next time I would remain in Santa Marta.
Everytime I go to Taganga, I go to enjoy the view. I try to pick a hotel up high with a pool. The beach itself is not that great but you can always take a boat, cab or a bus to really nice beaches. There are also really good european restaurants.
Taganga is not worthy, the beach and the town are very dirty, it is not safe, you can tell strange things are happening, it is always surrounded by local police, we attempted to walk to playaca beach but we were stopped by police officers due to the thieves, strange enough the police is aware but are not able to offer protection. Known for drug and sex crime ring leaded by Israelis.
Small beach town with pretty beaches and tons of street vendors and some restaurants. Not a whole lot to do, but it was a nice stay for two nights. Just need to be careful and aware of your surroundings.
The lady receptionist that welcomed us upon arrival was the highlight of our stay. Very kind and helpfull, and she speaks excellent english, which is very rare in Colombia. The apartment was clean and spacious. The bed was quite big. We had the app on the corner with a nice little terrace part. You can also chill on the upper roof part.
Ivan the owner and all of the staff are so lovely. Ivan went out of his way to assist us with whatever we needed, he really did go above and beyond. The hostel is basic but very clean. It offered everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Taganga.
It is a great hostel, very nice atmosphere and common areas. The rooftop bar is a great place to hang out at night and have some drinks. It was clean and the free breakfast was really good. Very reasonable price for dinner and beer. The room we stayed in had AC so no problem at night to sleep.
Wonderful view, well equipped kitchen, nice dorm, met some friendly people including the staff and peaceful environment. Situated on the beach in the centre of Taganga and it is very good value for money. Perfect sunset view. Totally recommend this place, I had a wonderful stay!
Casa relax is a really good place to relax and have a great time! The view is amazing, and you can admire it from pretty much anywhere in the hotel: breakfast tables, pool, room. The staff is really nice, and the property is really safe!
Great, helpful and knowledgeable staff with good service and recommendations. The location right in front of the ocean which is nice. BEAUTIFUL terrace on the roof. Probably the hotel with the most beautiful room views in taganga.
Great house with nice owner who can tell a lot about the village, Colombia and helps with your itinerary. Defenately recommend for a stay in Taganga!
This is a bare bones hostel. If it’s only a bed you need then this place is perfect. The place is clean and the beds are comfortable.
The staff was awesome and the hotel was very clean.
