United StatesThis is the second time we have stayed at the Jaegersteig Hotel, and both times we have enjoyed the rooms, the incredible breakfast, and the gracious staff. We cannot say enough good things about the staff and their willingness to make sure you are comfortable. Love the free parking. The restaurant is definitely worth a visit. Food and presentation are incredible.

IsraelThe room is spacious very clean provides basics like shampoo and towels. I loved it. I asked for a friedge and they brought it to the room it was very helpful for my stay to cool water for the hot day trips. I asked for electricity changer because my hairdryer did not fit and they gave me one. The staff is exceptionally helpful kind and willing to help. They clean the rooms day after day. I loved my stay it is far from attractions 1 hour to one and half. From rust 45 min.

It is good for one night layover on way to other destinations. You can stay one night and when you check out you can visit the nearby tourist places and the move on to your next destination. You shouldn't spend 2 nights in this place. Not much to see and not much to do. You are better off spending more nights in Switzerland/Austria.

Lovely and peaceful, away from the motorway and the lovely church opposite turns off its chimes at night so all is great for a good rest. The food at the hotel engel is fantastic with some tasty vegetarian and vegan choices and the staff are very helpful with good English. Multi language menu very useful as this was first ever visit to Germany. I felt very welcome in this lovely small town. Clean. Peaceful. Friendly.

A good location for a trip to the Schwarzwald, or tot France...
A good location for a trip to the Schwarzwald, or tot France (Strasbourg!!). Baden Baden is 17 km., a pretty town. Bühl has all you need during your stay, but offers nothing special of fancy. But why bother? Go out for a walk, a ride, or visit Strasbourg. Taste the local wine at the Affentaler winery in Bühl.

The breakfast was delicious, the room was spacious and clean, the whole guesthouse had a home-like feeling as opposed to a hotel, which matched very well to the landscape of the area. It was very relaxing and calm.
