Professional staff / nice and quite town

Friendly helpful staff, great breakfast, perfect location, secure place for bicycles

The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, food in the restaurant was amazing, and the wellness area was not too big and very nice.

The breakfast was delicious. The staff also were so kind and accommodating. And the location had a beautiful view of the river. Not only that, it was just a short walk to the train station. Every guest I saw seemed so happy with the place :)

Excellent value for money. If arriving by car, the location is awesome, upper floor room gave a perfect view to the fields in the morning. Renovated, clean environment, super quiet

Amazing staff and very helpful! Restaurant food was the best we had on our Germany vacation. Highly recommended.

Great location, delicious breakfast.

The hotel has a very beautiful and elegant design. The restaurant deserves top grading, both for breakfast and dinner. And the hosts are truly caring and very nice.

This was a very quaint place. Quiet and peaceful little town right on the river. Everyone was friendly and kind.

The location was unbeatable as it is far enough from Cochem's noise and crowd, but with a short bus ride. It is also the best in Ernst as it has great view on all sides. The hotel also provided us with a free ticket for local transport that was a nice touch! The room was clean and very comfortable with decent size. The dinner menu changes every day and had the best food. After trying several places in the area we concluded the best meals we had were in the hotel and we would definitely stay all dinners there though the closing time was rather early for us, the hotel is quite flexible with its guests. Plenty of parking space in front of the hotel and the staff were all very nice and accommodating.

Great historical hotel right on the Mosel River. The hotel is clean and comfortable, it has a long time history. The breakfast view is breathtaking, seems like you sit right on a river bench. All around is associated with famous German Riesling wine, all around are vineyards and small towns with rich wine culture. Cochem town is very near to the hotel, it is a great place to visit the 12th-century castle and take a tour inside. everywhere around you will find a good bottle of local wine.

This was the best dinner and breakfast we had our whole trip in germany! Which was just what we needed after hiking to burg eltz. If you stay here order the wild boar. Beautiful surroundings, like a fairytale forest. Danke schön

The location is very accessible. The facilities are quite nice, especially in the wellness part.

Such a quaint hotel with kind staff and an outstanding breakfast. The location was perfect for family walks and the room was a good size. The property itself is clean, quiet, and well maintained. It’s easy to walk around the small town of Ernst and a short drive to Cochem. Has close parking, relative to the property.

Very good breakfast and very nice view from our room

I loved the warm reception from the hosts!
