Perfect location for phantasialand and Cologne. All staff were very nice and accommodating. We do not speak German so they made sure someone could explain everything for us. Beds are comfy, rooms are big and well equipped. Free parking as well. We would definitely return.

Very clean, comfortable and quite

Everything OK. Great brrakfast!

Clear instructions for self check in and the rooms where big and clean.

Service was perfect. Possibility to have direct access to the restaurant from the Hotel without going outside, very convenient with children in the winter. Appartment was comfy and spacy. Beds were perfect. Exceptional service.

Their rooms were named after cities and also followed the theme. I stayed in Vienna. The room was bigger than my apartment. XD It was well furnished, equipped with water and coffee, looked nice, and was very comfortable. The Christmas market was just under the window The host at the Vellini restaurant was very nice and let me pay by card under €10.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room was very clean. It was everything that we needed.

Basic hotel for overnight stays. They accept pets, are clean and the parking is very spacious.

Very good location near a park, good bus connection to city. Nice staff at reception, lazy and lippy staff in breakfast area. Breakfast itself 7/10. Room with a view, nice and quiet.

Great location, staff very informative and very helpful, lovely breakfast absolutely faultlesss

Location, friendliness of staff who really went out of their way to make things easy and respond to any requests, ease of access. Very helpful place for those in town for a few days and need somewhere simple to have a base.

I had a room with a view of the Rhine. The view is very beautiful. The soundproofing of the windows is great. The food is delicious, but the selection is not large.

Room large bed large very clean and comfortable- restaurant and spa lovely. Great service from everyone especially the bar manager who was especially helpful in looking after my in-laws.

Really nice hotel in a prime location. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and very helpful reception staff. The restaurant food was delicious as well. I'll definitely be coming back!

Comfortable and clean room with quality bed. Have a cafe machine too, that's super 👍

The hotel was absolutely fantastic! I booked two rooms for one night, and the staff kindly helped us over the phone with the electronic check-in at the self-service terminal. The rooms themselves were very comfortable and cozy, with a beautiful interior design and comfortable furniture. There was also a kitchen with everything needed, and our room even had a terrace!!! Definitely recommended — 10 out of 10!

A spotless immaculate annex to a well run tennis club which sported an outstanding restaurant / bar…

Great little place near Colonge! Huge parking lot, peaceful.

Nice and clean hotel at industrial district. European 3 stars hotel.

Very friendly staff. We liked everything. Excellent breakfast.

Is family run and you can feel the warmness and attention to detail. Everything is new and you can see the effort put into this place. My boyfriend forgot his toothbrush and the people in the front desk were super lovely to point out to where we could get one so late in the night. It is very well connected through public transportation but no so in the center so you can enjoy of a quiet resting night. Overall a lovely experience and would stay there again

The room was very clean and comfortable. If you are looking for somewhere to stay and don't mind basic accommodation then this is highly recommended. There is also a restaurant downstairs, and a small supermarket right outside that is open until 7pm in the week which was really useful. The owners were also very friendly and helpful.
