The staff were all super nice! We had an early flight and check out starts at 8am, she let us pay early and told us to just leave our cards inside the room. She also prepared food for our drive to the airport and delivered it to us the evening before. It was great since we had to wake up at 4:30am. The breakfast was delicious, I miss it so much! The location was perfect from the gas station cornee store, restaurants, and downtown Idar-Oberstein as well as a 6 min drive or 25 min walk to the castle. Will definitely return to this hotel. Ps. For 3 euros per load, they also do laundry, which saved us big time, we stayed 8 days & and nights, so it was a huge help!

Very cozy hotel, the personnel is very kind and polite and friendly. It has a good restaurant with wonderful terrace. It is a place to stop the time and feel the moment. I liked also a sound of the nearby river or creek in the night. I would definitely recommend to stay there.
