The breakfast was wonderful and the staff was outstanding!

Nice and cozy hotel with an excellent restaurant for dinner and a delicious breakfast.

The location is a bit south of Boppard along the Rhein but it is worth the short extra distance necessary to ride to it along the Rhein Bike Trail . Certainly not a Marriott or Ritz Carlton but better with great character with the reception area and the entire hotel showing extensive upgrading and good design sense . Rooms are spacious , very clean and very modern . Beds are really comfortable. Great interior lighting and multiple plugs for electronics . There is a secure garage with charging capability for Ebikes . The best part of the hotel is the really helpful and extremely pleasant young owner/managers - David and Marietta . They are wonderfully friendly , helpful and two very nice young folks . This is a place worth adding to your itinerary along the Rhein Radweg .

Great location. Breakfast was excellent

Breakfast was excellent, lots of choices. The staff were super friendly with our toddler and were prompt to respond to requests. Nothing special, but a clean, comfortable place to spend the night close to the river.

Fresh food Clean room Friendly staff

Lovely stay from start to finish! The staff just amazing, incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, making it easy to relax. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic with plenty of delicious options. The location couldn’t be better... The spa zone was a great bonus — cool, relaxing, and the perfect way to unwind. Highly recommended!

Old style hotel full of character. The room and renovated bathroom were very clean and comfortable. The hosts and staff were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect location for hiking the Rheinsteig. Friendly and helpful staff who were familiar with the trail and the area and could give me advice. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious!

Our room was very clean. There are kitchen supplies that you can use to prepare coffee or anything you need. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom was big and extremely clean.

Beautiful hotel right on the water. Room was very comfortable and updated. City center is walkable but can catch bus.

Very convenient location. We like the creative solution for bicycle storage (fabric shed on the street). The staff were amazing.

Everything was outstanding. The soup at the restaurant was excellent also. A great experience. We couldn't have asked for more. Great location. New section we stayed in was excellent. Well decorated bright, clean, friendly staff. Very pleased.

Beautiful castle! Loved walking the grounds and the views from the castle

We appreciated that the hotel staff took into consideration giving us a quiet room as they had a contiiki group in . We had nil issue and it was quite for sleeping after hiking all day

Super quiet location above the Rhine River Valley. Very nice room with all the amenities one needs. Beds were comfortable and the service was excellent. The Breakfast was great with a large variety of fresh and delicious items. The restaurant offered dinners that were excellent and at very reasonable prices. Outdoor dining was also available in a garden like area. A free shuttle service was offered for boat tours on the Rhine River! Uli and her Daughter made the stay fantastic!

The property is a few km from a busy city center and had ample parking. Rooms were comfortable and new, very clean and nicely decorated. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet had a variety of tasty choices.

Excellent breakfast; super friendly and helpful manager

Situated directly overlooking the river Rhine, this friendly family run hotel is located in the town of Sankt Goar. Excellent breakfast selection, with helpful staff. Elevator to all floors and large rooms with on-suite bathrooms. Ample parking opposite the hotel costs €7 per day, or free of charge by the train station. Best to ask in the hotel, as I was only there overnight in October, and I don’t know the prices throughout the year!

Overall, the facility is a bit outdated, but that is also reflecte din the price, which is perfectly affordable. Check in was friendly and helpful, and dinner was good value for the price.
