Nice hotel for a short stay and conveniently located close to Basel. The comfort and cleanliness were excellent for the price. Breakfast was amazing—delicious and filling enough to last until the next meal. Room service was done daily, with fresh towels provided. Brilliant place by the German/ Swiss/French border- its a busy place with great access to the major highways and a hub of public transport. It has a large Turkish community which is thriving with lots of Turkish restaurants, eateries, grocery stores and really nice shisha bars. Very busy shopping center. Various eating places spread around. Industrial zone., Two good Kebab places plus a boring McDo where finding P is easy. Normal Lidl. The hotel is truly top-notch! As the wonderful receptionist Sebastian would say, the hotel is rustic and really excellent, and I agree. For a very affordable price, you get a room with excellent heating, cleanliness at a high level, and a view of the city. Moreover, Basel is less than 15 minutes from this hotel, where hotels are far more expensive.
