Great breakfast, fantastic location - quiet, beautiful views.

Location was fantastic . Bike rental across the street . All staff were super friendly and helpful . Underground covered parking was great and reasonable 8 Eur per day. Breakfast was very good. We ate dinner twice at their restaurant and it was fantastic. We stayed in one of their apts - not the main hotel but right beside it and the room was very spacious. Good air conditioning .

The hospitality was exceptionally great. We could even use the lounge of the hotel which felt like at home. Very cozy place, close to the train station, perfect for exploring Christmas markets of the Rheinland-Pfalz region.

Rooms comfortable, clean. Staff was friendly accomodating.

Right on the river. Nice room Magnificent breakfast

We felt really welcomed and had a great experience, everyone from staff to owners are really nice & warm people , always making sure you have what you need. The room looks really nice, is well equiped and everything is comfortable & finely decorated. Food was also really tasty. The views are amazing. We highly recommend

Everything :) Location is perfect. We stayed in the one bedroom apartment (not in the hotel), and it was super good --> comfortable bed, very clean/easy check-in, parking spot in front of the building (6 euro fee per day) and with a charger for our electric car. Also, the breakfast was great, with lot of options, and we had dinner one night, and it was amazing (excellent food/service).

Everything was outstanding. The soup at the restaurant was excellent also. A great experience. We couldn't have asked for more. Great location. New section we stayed in was excellent. Well decorated bright, clean, friendly staff. Very pleased.

Very convenient location. We like the creative solution for bicycle storage (fabric shed on the street). The staff were amazing.

Service was wonderful and breakfast was the best!

Beautiful views. Helpful staff. Excellent breakfast buffet and dinner.

Excellent location in a historic area . Good food . Very helpful owner very knowledgeable and takes interest in the activities you are doing and gives helpful advice.

The castle stay was beautifully decorated and very warm and cozy with character taking the visitor to the 15th century on the Rhine. The breakfast was an array of variety choice foods including an omelet, very good tea choices and hot chocolate. The library was warm with lots of books and a large fireplace to cozy up to in the cold winter months being close to Christmas by 2 days. The room I stayed in was the attic with private balcony and elevator to get to that floor was exceptional since the winding stairs were narrow and steep. The bed was a queen and felt larger than that and was very comfortable with 4 down pillows accented with Mozart chocolates from Salzburg Austria. It had the pop out windows that overlook the Rhine river and was quite spacious for the stay. I arrived by train and I highly suggest using a taxi it took 9 € to get me to the top of the winding steep mountain and then call the hotel castle to reserve a golf cart to take you and your luggage by porter to your room. For me it worked out great since they had my room ready to check in at 11 am. I arrived in the room with luggage already there in the room by the porter. There is a nice watchtower museum that is included. I did that the last day after breakfast. It was a delightful stay and recommend this for anyone who likes adventure and history. It was well worth the $335 a night.

The rooms are very nice! Great restaurant!

The location is perfect just in the heart of Bacharach, breakfast is really good, the staff is really nice and super kind. This town is really wonderful, the full day spent was just amazing .

The location is wonderful, from the window, you can see the river, it’s next to the train station. The staff are good, they have a welcome label and a table for breakfast. Very good experience

Beautiful location on a beautiful street. Excellent restaurant choices around. Very walkable. Excellent bicycle storage. The proprietors were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The breakfast is very good.

Charming hotel with B&B feel. The owners were so accommodating and very attentive. The mattresses were so comfortable and we were close enough to the train to be able to walk with our suitcases to the hotel, as well as access the train for day trips. Our included breakfast was so fresh & delicious each morning, and we even ate dinner one night at the restaurant in the hotel (scrumptious Asian cuisine). This was a great central town to stay in, with easy access to the places we wanted to go, and the castle & cathedral ruins in town were a great hike.
