The castle itself was marvellous. Room was as if we went back in time, in a positive way. Breakfast was great.

We stayed in this house for 4 nights mid sept. It is an enormous house with a central room of nearly 100m2 with q well equipped kitchen. + 3 rooms and large bachroom (including a jacusi). There is a terrace with 2 tables and sun most of the day (when there is sun). -The house is situated in a park for summer houses. It is quite distant from the other houses around but we were nearly the only ones around and it was incredibly quiet. -It takes 5-10 min to reach the beach (small). There is there a public pier from where to swim. Water can also be reached from the beach itself. -The location is beautiful with all the tiny summer huts along the sea, the space, the view etc -The house has large bay windows, warms during the day and stays warm in the evening and nights. WE did not need to warm otherwise. -It is close to Faaborg where the boat departs to Aero! worth it!
Thanks for a very friendly welcome. Our room was very smart, modern and larger than most B&B accommodation. Breakfast was great, made fresh to order, pancakes were a nice surprise and plenty on offer. Prefer the B&B more personal experience, something hotels cannot provide. Would definitely recommend this one for couples. Location is a short drive into the nearest town of Faborg. Thanks.
This place is HUGE! It is the largest place we stayed at in all of Denmark and Norway. There is a long hallway that separates two of the 3 bedrooms and a door that separates the kitchen living space from the bedrooms, it is massive. The bedrooms are also huge. Great value! You will want to get to this town before 9 as a lot closes but the place is great.
Amazing 'castle' hotel in a very quiet location. Good breakfast and dinner. Nice staff. We had a large room at the top of the hotel with nice view over the lake- it would have been nice to know about the lift before carrying the bag up two flights of stairs!
Garage parking for bikes.Exceptional breakfast, including health shots of veggies and ginger.Access to filtered water around hotel.Able to walk across to beach and down jetty.Although hotel was very busy it was quiet at night.
Very quiet with comfortable, self contained accomodation. Welcoming hosts who supply most everything you could require in a beautiful part of Denmark.
Lovely hotel with old world charm but modern day comfort, smack in the city centre. Service was warm and personal, and breakfast was excellent.
