When I went to my room it was not working therefore I went downstairs to the lobby to asked them what was wrong. The manager came with me to the room to check it out. She didn’t helped us. The manager started saying that it was our fault to have a different set of keys, plus she was having an attitude towards us for n it having the correct keys.
