The location is close to the sea. The closest beach is not so nice, but C'an Pastilla beach can be reached in a 5-10 minute walk. Shared beach umbrellas at the reception entrance are a major plus (and a good idea, in general).

The hotel has nicely and contemporarily equipped. Lobby has a few sitting spaces, if you're waiting for a taxi or something. I had a single bed room with private bathroom and a surprisingly spacious balcony. The room isn't overly large, just enough space for one person. Bed is comfy, bathroom clean with sufficient amenities. There's also a small fridge, safe (for an extra fee, which I've never seen before) and a much appreciated AC. I recommend paying for the breakfast, even though I didn't exactly "love" it. There's plenty to choose from (eggs, bacon, sausages, baked goods, pancakes, fruits, sweet pastries, juice...), but I felt like something was missing, or the food was blend.

Can Pastilla, in the midst of it all!

Location is definitely one of the best assets of Can Pastilla, just a 5-minute drive from Palma de Mallorca Airport and a 10-minute drive from Palma’s Old Town. Although today sun lovers populate its golden beaches and hotels, Can Pastilla was only a small fishing village 60 years ago, no more than a hamlet centered around the small San Antonio de la Playa church. It's also fair to say that Can Pastilla is relatively calmer than other resorts in the area.

    A bit of a dated resort, but nice hotels and good restaurants, very close to the airport, so short transfer times and you have the beautiful beaches of playa de palma at walking distance, and als very close the Palma city. Ideal location for someone that likes to combine a city trip with a beach holiday.

    Good beaches. Plenty of room and choice of sunbathing spots and availability of sun beds / shade Lots of cafes and restaurants and supermarkets Families and couples- no noisy party crowds Cyclists and runners were popular and have plenty of room Very clean and relaxed area

    Very easy to get access from the airport with public transport. The area is clean and tidy. Beach is stunning. We enjoy walking and it’s great for that. Nice and flat! Lots of really nice places to eat and drink.

    Can Pastilla is a mix of tourist and residential zone.

    Can Pastilla is a mix of tourist and residential zone. Along the promenade are mostly hotels with amenities for the tourists, but around the square and towards Palma are more residential budlings mixed with hotels and restaurants, stores, and other amenities. Good place to stay if you prefer close to the beach, with 10 min drive to the main city.

    This is a very pleasant little area pretty much away from the crowds Plenty of decent restaurants and places for breakfast There are also frequent buses to the centre of Palma at a cost of €2 each way and cash only There is also a bus from/to the Airport (service A2) which is €8 for a round trip, a card can be purchased from a machine by the A1 service bus stop at the airport - be aware the A2 can be very busy which might be an issue for those with vast amounts of luggage

    Having my first solo trip I felt very safe walking around in the evenings. Lots of good shops. Had some lovely meals. Even though the airport was less than 20 mins away in a taxi the overhead planes weren’t an issue. El Gouchos was a lovely restaurant with lovely staff. The Healthy Surf cafe did lovely breakfast also Delfin cafe for breakfast. All the restaurants overlooking the marina were good. Lovely to watch the sky colours as the sun was setting. No hills clean paths lots of benches to sit and people watch

    We loved Carlos’ place! We were a large group and so we rented out all four apartments for the weekend. All of the apartments are modern, well equipped and were spotlessly clean when we arrived. The outdoor spaces with each apartment are lovely and you have a great view of the sea from the upstairs apartments. The beach and the bars and restaurants of Can Pastilla are right on your doorstep, and Palma is just a short taxi ride away - Carlos kindly helped us to arrange taxis whenever we were heading out of Can Pastilla.

    We stayed one night at Hotel Las Arenas and really liked the location. It is right across from a large, sandy beach with clear water — ideal for swimming and relaxing. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel is close to shops, restaurants, and the airport. Breakfast had a good selection and was just what we needed. Great spot for a short and easy beach getaway.

    Lovely rooms ,very comfortable, air con is free ,very close to the airport 15 euros in a taxi . Very central and the beach is about 5 mins away don't read all the negative reviews the Mallorca rooms are nothing like these bad reviews and we would definitely stay there again.
