They gave me a complimentary bottle of water straightaway. Both couldn't do enough to help throughout my stay. The hotel is super, full of history, set in the narrow, but safe, streets of the old quarter but just a short stroll to the beautiful town centre. Great service while we were at the hotel. This is a small family run hotel who take the time to talk with you and can't do enough for you. It is also well located for the town centre.
