Everything but mostly the staff is very helpful and friendly

Breakfast was fantastic and staff very helpful.. Air conditioning was very good in the room

Very helpful staff who was kind and courteous, especially during check in. Very easy process and they were knowledgeable about the area and answered all my questions. Nice, safe, and secure underground parking. Very easy to find and right off the highway. Decent area with a nice park outside to sit or take a light walk. Room was clean, wifi was very good, and the aircon worked very well. Room was actually quite large and the bed was comfortable. Check out was simple and easy.

The room is comfortable, the size is great. The facilities of the hotel are also great and the breakfast is amazing.

The hotel staff was really helpful. Location is great right next to mercadona and bus station. There is a comedor where you can bring your own food or just seat and do your remote job. Thank you hotel team.

The location and the hotel itself

Nice place and comfortable. Recommend

This is a perfect hotel when you travel and need to stay overnight. The room was quite large and comfortable. The hotel has a restaurant where we could still have dinner even though we arrived quite late and it has spacious parking where you can bring stuff from your park straight to the room. The breakfeast was nice too. We were traveling with two dogs which was no problem and the room even had two doggie beds prepared. We very much appreciated it. Overall, we liked the hotel and the stay.

Great location, nice room, clean, comfortable and safe. Pleasant and helpful staff. Lots of restaurants, bars, and cafes nearby. Murcia Cathedral is just 5 mins walk and many other churches within walking distance. Highly recommended and value for money.

Breakfast was delicious, full of different fruits and cold/hot beverages. Bathroom was clean. Room was in good condition. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great location very close to main attractions and restaurants

Location was perfect, 5 mins walk to old town and train station.

Very kind staff Great location Parking usually available outside but can park in the underground parking for a fee if not

The hotel provides nice rooms and excellent housekeeping. In the bathroom I received even a complimentary toothbrush with toothpaste. The breakfast was great - lot's of selection including every day several different deserts (cakes, pastries) and snacks (guacamole breads, pizza breads etc.). The hotel also has a garage if you arrive by car but it is not free. There is a supermarket in the same building (around the corner) so you can buy some snacks, drinks or toiletries.

Perfect location, close to all touristic attractions. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was amazing.

Very nice hotel. Comfortable rooms with big beds and AC. The pool area is great and the breakfast has a quality selection.
