10-15 minute walk from the beach located in a one-way street so almost no traffic. The food was excellent. We haven't had so many sea food in even 5* hotels before. Not a huge selection, but really good! You need to pay extra for beverage during lunch/dinner but the price is very reasonable (2 eur for a glass of wine).

Fantastic find up in the hills. Very peaceful and romantic getaway. Lovely quiet, setting, beautiful pool, and unbelievable breakfast!

We went for my partner's 40th with friends and our families. I'd stayed here before so knew it was a great hotel. This time we stayed in the grand suite in the level and it was amazing.. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was was really good, and that was the only meals we had there. We really appreciated access to the Level lounge and the Level area, which included a heated swimming pool. That was a luxury in February which really gave that little extra to our trip. And the hotel area, constructed in a village like plan was simply amazing and well worth walking around and enjoy. And the location with several villages as well as Benidorm just a short drive away was really nice, because we felt it was peaceful and quiet - as we hoped for.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful, and you'll love how clean it is! The staff are truly friendly and welcoming. It's located in a peaceful area, yet it's still just a short distance from restaurants, shops, and the sea, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing and convenient stay.

We loved everything about it specially the view from the balcony and the decor. How close to the beach it is. The service and food at the restaurant was really good.

All the rooms have balcony’s facing the Mediterranean Sea. The pool area is wonderful and the beach is 2 minutes from the property.

That it feels as if you are in a whole different country.

Location is just the best! Next to the beach and local bars and restaurants. Lovely view from the room. If you come here, get ready for busy night life (sometimes until 1:30am!), which is part of holidays in Benidorm, and you can’t avoid it. We still didn’t feel like it’s too loud or we can’t sleep. Close to the local shops and public transport. Nothing was much of the hassle and staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a breakfast every day and we could choose between continental, cooked and healthy option. We just needed to send a message to the reception before 6pm for following day. Believe me, you don’t need a buffet when you’re on holidays! The Strat restaurant, at the hotel, which is open only for lunch, serves delicious food by master chef Claire Hutchings. If we ever think of coming back to Benidorm, we will definitely book hotel La cala again!

Great location in the heart of the city. Comfortable clean room.

Very nice quiet location, still close to the beach. Our little balcony, which was big enough for a small table and two chairs, looked over the restaurant but the awnings were up when it was open so we still had some privacy. The staff here, particularly Sandra, are super! They accommodated a change upon our arrival with a delightful manner that we have not found in many other places.
